AfroVeda Twisted Ginger Almond Butter Review

AfroVeda Pur Whipped Hair Gelly Review

Afroveda Claim:

Also provides curl definition in naturally curly hair while moisturizing and softening hair at the same time."

Omg thats all I am going to say about Afroveda products. I used the Afroveda Totally Twisted Ginger Almond Butter and Afroveda Pur Whipped Hair Gelly and can I say I had a twistout that turned so many heads including men asking me how do I get my hair to look like that. The butter melted instantly in my hair and left my hair moisturized and soft. I noticed that my hair responded better with Afroveda Pur Whipped Gelly than Miss Jessie's Curly Pudding. The curl definition that Afroveda products provides is amazing. The pictures are not the best quality taken from my blackberry but here are the results of a 3 day old twist out.

  5. I'm glad that other, actually natural products, like Afroveda, Kinky-Curly, Qhemet Biologics, Oyin Handmade, Mineral Indulgence and Ojon, etc. are finally getting the accolades that they deserve. Miss Jessie's may have dominated for a while, but people are starting to realize that it is just over-priced, over-glorified Vaseline.

  6. I agree with FilmJunkie. I've been using Qhemet's Amla and Olive and Mineral Indulgence's Moisture Loc, Bamboo & Cocont and some of the makeup, and I'm doin' just fine!. I don't know why people freak out over Miss Jessies' it's the same ole' same ole in the BSS.
