Winter Time Products

Winter time is harsh on my hair and since I don't wear protective styles that much I have to make sure I am moisturizing my hair. My favorite products so far are:

Qhemet Biologics Alma and Heavy Cream
Afroveda Curly Custard
Paul Mitchell Lavender Mint Moisturizing Conditioner
VO5 Moisture Milk Conditioner

What products do you love for the winter time?

1 Year Anniversary

My hair at one year can't really see the length but it has diffently grown. I added color in the top to give it some dimension. The color I used was Paul Mitchell The Color I have 3 colors going on some dark brown , gold and copper tones. I diffently noticed a difference when I used box color the first time and professional color this time. Can you see the difference? For one, my curl pattern didn't get looser like the first time, and its not dry its very moisturized. Natural girls I diffently recommend professional color or henna (vegetable dye).

I AM BACK UPDATES

First I must say I have truly miss blogging.I have so many things I have to talk bout first I must say I haven't had the time to blog because I had to adapt to my new life change. I decided it was time for a career change. I decided to go back to school and do something I have a passion in and that's hair yes hair... I am attending Paul Mitchell The School and I must say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am learning so much about myself, talents. Skills things I thought I couldn't even do.. Such as razor cut an entire haircut. One of the things I have grown to love more and more is being natural in this industry. I am always inspiring someone. The teachers, students or guests they are curious to know what made me go natural what products am I using or how do I get my hair to do that. Being in school and seeing how relaxers have caused so much damaged I am so glad now I can say sodium hydroxide and ATG is very bad for the hair. I have the knowledge now why these chemicals has caused so much damage to the hair.So stay tuned for pics of my hair growth and my work. This blog will be about natural hair and other textures as well.
